As your doula I can offer physical, emotional, informational and spiritual support throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey. I am here at the end of the phone or on whatsapp when you need me, and I provide continuity of care, meaning that you get to feel at ease with the familiarity of knowing you always get the same person. I can help with advocacy, relaxation techniques, signposting, birth preparation, birth reflection, physical help in the postpartum period, and much more. I tailor my support to your exact needs. 

I do not provide medical care or give advice. I am here to support you in your individual needs and preferences, and can help you navigate the maternity system, if you choose to do so. I also hold a full enhanced DBS and work to a professional standard.

I offer different packages to suit varying needs, with financial investment options. I can do payment plans, and the overall cost can be negotiated if you are on low income or struggling. I want to offer support, so please get in touch with me privately if cost is a barrier, and we can try to work something out.

At the moment, I am limited in my ability to attend births prior to September 2026, due to having a young baby myself, however if you are seeking birth support before this Seotember, I am happy to offer antenatal/postnatal support. I can also discuss options around shared care (me teaming up with another doula to provide you a full birth package - knowing you'll either receive one or both of us at all times).
